Your best bet is to wait until after full release and then ask this question again. So i dont think any one right now could answer your question.
Once you do, youd then have to assess based on what that group of users say about this game and then figure out things on your own. And at that point, you would have to find the users who are or were looking for the same or similar things for this game. youd have those people who say they really liked both. youd have another group who says this one is better. You would have people who think the original was best and this one sucks. Because the reasons would be completely subjective. Its still hard for any one to say which is better and for what reasons.
And even if below zero was finished, it would be hard to say, because gameplay wise theyre similar but below zero is even in its current form, different in its own respect.
Seeing as how below zero is not fully released yet and still being developed. The other problem is, you cant really fairly compare the two at the current moment. One because, which one is better is subjective to the individual player. Thats actually a hard question to answer.
